Introduction

The following Terms and conditions constitute an official Agreement between the User (“You” “Member”) and Find Lady LP ("Company," "We," "Our," "Us")".

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website. You must carefully read and then agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below before accessing and using this Site . If you disagree or do not wish to be bound by this Terms and conditions, You may not access or use this Site or associated websites.

I. General terms

1.1. You must be at least Eighteen (18) years old.

We have the right to immediately suspend your access to the Dating Site if you commit a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

II. Fees and non – commercial use by members and/or viewers

2.1. The Site and related service usage and subscription fees and duration of services were provided to you upon registration and may be changed from time to time. In case of any changes you will receive an electronic notice.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site and your membership.

The notice will be sent to you on your email address.

If you breach the points of Agreement, you will be immediately terminated and there will be no refund for any unused subscription fees.

We have the right to use credit card processors or banks outside the European Union to process your transactions.

2.2. Since some of services might be charged the user of the Site agrees with recurring billing both for services and access. The recurring billing continues till the service cancellation.

2.3. The user has right to cancel the service and ask for refund.

2.4. The price for services may change from time to time . The users and members that have been using our services before any changes of prices do not have to pay according to new prices.

2.5. In case of any legal operations infringements that are done during the payment process , the user will be instantly blocked and all the personal information and useful data will be transferred to legal authorities.

2.6. We may use the third party companies to process the Site’s payments . These companies bear liability for your personal data.

2.7. This Site cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. It is only for the personal use of individual members and viewers.

You must not use this website to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications.

During Illegal or unauthorized uses of the site an appropriate legal action will be taken.

III .Termination

3.1. A Member may at any time and without the need to provide any reason end his/her registration with us by requesting the closure of his/her account in the area of the website designated for such purposes. Such a request does not trigger reimbursement of, if appropriate, any time remaining on the Member's subscription.

Without prejudice to the other provisions hereof, where the Member commits a serious breach, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site and the Member's account for any reason or no reason with a prior notification or warning.

You will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees and thereby you agree to waive any claim to such refund of fees.

All your points accumulated in any of the Site’s program will be terminated with no liability to you . Points and credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred to other persons.

3.2. The Company has the right to change or stop any portion of the Site.

IV.Responsibility of the members and/or viewers

4.1. You are legally responsible for material you post or submit and you understand that by doing so you intend it to be published on the Site. Your user content material includes without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material that you submit to this website for whatever purpose.

4.2. Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action.

4.6. The company cannot confirm and determine the identity of the members.

Although we do check new Member profiles for any content we deem unsuitable we cannot verify the identity of Members or the accuracy of Member Content, nor can we guarantee that we will identify all inappropriate Member Content. Please do not take any Member Content and information as wholly accurate; we will not be responsible for false and misleading statements given by other Members. While communicating with potential hosts and guests you should take precautionary measures same as when you talk to the stranger you meet on the street.

4.7. The Company will not be responsible for any damage or harm resulting from your interactions with other members of this Site. It’s only you who are liable for the interactions with other members .Company is not obliged to monitor your interactions with other members.

4.8. You release the whole Company from claims, demands and damages connected with your disputes with other members.

4.9. Face-to-face meetings (private encounters) are neither organized nor sponsored by the Company. The Company does not give a guarantee for the quality, organization or safety of such meeting . You do it at your own risk.

4.10. This Site prohibits any kind of erotic and sexual proposals ,services and cannot be used in such purposes.

V.Conduct of the members

While using this Site you shall not:

  • use the Site or its Material for any unlawful purpose;
  • use this website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.

6.5. The Company reserves the right to edit or remove any material submitted to this website, or hosted or published upon this website.

6.6. The Company does not control and have no responsibility for the third-party content you maybe exposed to that may include misleading, incomplete, erroneous, offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable material . You must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with third-party content.

6.7.During the registration process You have to choose a username and password . You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password. In order to save your confidentiality:

  • you have always to log off from your account at the end of each session.
  • you have to notify immediately the company on breaking of your account or illegal use of your profile.

VII. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

7.1. We are not liable for any loss or damage, howsoever arising, from your registration to the Site and its community by other parties, your use of it or inability to use it, or any errors and omissions on the Site, whether in contract, tort or otherwise and whether such loss or damage is foreseen or foreseeable.   • we do not, as a matter of course, actively moderate, monitor or edit the Member contributions to the Site and its community;
  • any third parties advertising on our Site, or external (or link) sites accessible via our websites, are not under our control and we are not responsible in any way for any of their contents or for any agreement you may enter into with a third party arising from your visit to our websites.

7.6. NO DATA, INFORMATION OR ADVICE OBTAINED BY YOU IN ORAL OR WRITTEN FORM FROM THE COMPANY OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SITE WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

VIII. Proprietary rights

8.1. The design, images and content of the Site are, unless otherwise stated, our property or our licensors' property.

We provide Material on the Site solely for your personal use and the reproduction of the whole or any part of the Site, except for any temporary copies made necessarily in downloading the services of the Site, for purposes other than private and personal use, is prohibited, as is distributing, displaying or copying the Site, unless it is for the personal use of a third party.

IX. Refund and cancellation policy

9.1. The Refund and Cancellation Policy is applied both for registered and unregistered users of the Site.

9.2. You will be provided with refund if cancellation is received in 3 (three) calendar days after making payment for the services. If the cancellation is received within this period, user’s access to the Site will be terminated immediately.

9.3. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

9.4. Cancellation and refund can be made only for the last period that was charged by the Site and paid by the user. In this case, the user cannot make cancellations for the previously charged and paid periods.

9.5. Users that breach the Terms and Conditions of the Site , the Privacy Policy of the Site, any applicable law or regulation or commit any kind of violations will not be entitled to any refund.

9.6. Refund is made in the same way as the payment, on the same card, which was used for payment. Other ways are not possible.

9.7. You will get your money back during 30 calendar days since your request for cancellation of payment.

X. Pricing and payment processing

10.1. There are 3 possible ways to get a membership on the Site:

6-month membership: 205 EUR

3-month membership: 153 EUR

1-month membership: 67 EUR

Sometimes we provide a test period, but you need to request it. Contact us in such a case.

10.2. All payments are recurring. A recurring payment is a series of regular charges from a card without the participation of its holder. The amount of payment is debited automatically with the specified frequency based on a one-time buyer’s consent. The service can be canceled independently in the customer’s profile. It is only member or user who is responsible for canceling the service and the payment.

The subscription can be canceled at any time. It is only member or user who is responsible for canceling the service and the payment.

The provided prices may be changeable. In that case , the members that have already been using our services prior to any price changes , can be subjected to new prices only if they were informed about that changes in advance. Otherwise they shall not pay according to new prices.

XI. Service Provision Policy. Delivery Policy

11.1. You will get an access to all the functions of the website (ability to correspond with the member of the site and to read their messages) immediately after the payment.

11.2. In case you didn’t get a service immediately – contact us and we will help you. If our assistance will last several days because of the obstacles – we will restore you the missed paid days of your membership.

XII. Miscellaneous

Governing law is UK.

These Terms contain the entire agreement, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, between the parties regarding their subject matter. Failure or delay of the Company in exercising any right, power or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof. The invalidity or unenforceability of any of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other of these Terms, all of which shall remain in full force and effect.
